d. In the family planning program, the government provides the following benefits to the beneficiaries:
1. In case of IUD/copper recipient, procedure time is Rs.150/= (80+80+80 for 3 follow ups) Referrer will get Rs.50/=.
2. 150/= taka (70+70+70 for 3 follow ups) during the procedure in case of implant referrer will get taka 60/=
3. 2000/= in case of permanent system male and one lungi and 300/= in case of referrer. 4. Permanent procedure Rs.2000/= for women and one saree and Rs.300/= for referrer

The service recipient reserves the right to receive all services
1. Necessary health services are provided to men and women, old and young and children coming to the health sub-centre.
2. ORS is provided for diarrhea patients.
3. Obstetric patients coming to the hospital are given necessary advice including antenatal checkup and iron
Tablets are provided.
4. Sputum is collected for sputum examination of tuberculosis patients under the National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Programme
And free medicines are provided to tuberculosis and leprosy patients.
5. Children and women are vaccinated under the EPI programme.
6. Health, nutrition and reproductive health education is provided to patients coming to the sub-health center.
7. Reproductive health and family planning among adolescents and able-bodied couples attending sub-health centers
Activities are managed.
8. If necessary, the patient is referred to the upazila hospital.
9. Incoming patients and their relatives are concerned for necessary advice and guidance regarding health care
Can easily communicate with doctors.
10. Necessary number of notice boards are installed in sub-health centers in a conspicuous place.
Necessary information is recorded on the notice board.
